Taking the rambling route from the valley floor, this path takes walkers over the rocky outcrops (watch out for the ants!) through the pine and mixed woodland, past a couple of ancients skeletons of coppiced sweet chestnuts on the outer edge of the estate and onto the lower section of the Menhir Path, where yellow bird's nest Monotropa hypopitys can be found growing.
